Blooming Gel

A clear blooming gel that is a special base coat that causes colored gels to disperse similar to a watercolor effect.  Used in nail art to make flowers, tie-dye and marble looks.  

Requires UV lamp to cure (48W minimum/72W recommended)
Do not expose to UV or sunlight during application.
