When you place an order, the shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the total weight of your order and the rates set by the freight carrier.

As a customer, it's important to note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping expenses for the items you purchase. And that these costs are non-refundable.

In the event that you receive a refund for an order that shipped, the shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Shipping is utilized through USPS on Monday through Friday, except on holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight, customer choice and/or best cost effectiveness to your address. Please allow at least 10 business days in the continental United States before contacting us or USPS. 

Tracking information will be provided with all orders.  Kimberz Kreations LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage caused during shipping process.  Packages shipped via First Class Mail do not come with insurance and are not eligible for a refund if deemed lost.  Kimberz Kreations LLC is not responsible for your package if it has been marked delivered.  If stolen or missing, you must report the theft/missing package to USPS directly either in person or on www.USPS.com.

Packages shipped Priority Mail are shipped with limited insurance and are only eligible for a refund if a missing mail claim has been made with USPS and have been deemed lost or damaged by them.


Beginning 04/01/21, all internationally shipped packages will require Priority Mail through USPS.  This ensures that you receive the necessary insurance on the package. 

Due to current United States mailing services backlogs, please allow up to 60 days for delivery.  Tracking information is emailed to you at the time package is shipped.  If it has been at least 60 days, please contact USPS.com with a missing mail claim.

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

We understand that sometimes issues can occur during the production of your item, or the item may arrive damaged, or even get lost in transit as confirmed by USPS. In such cases, we are more than happy to issue a refund to you.

Please note that refunds will be provided in the form of a gift card, which can be used exclusively on our website, www.kimberzkreations.com. The refund amount will be the original order total minus any shipping charges, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order is processed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.

The nature of our products requires special considerations for hygiene and safety, which is why we are unable to accept returns.
